Dimensity 9200, was recently announce as a successor to the Dimensity 9000 by the company MediaTek. The highest-end processor from MediaTek is set to power several upcoming smartphones.
The Dimensity 9200 is based on TSMC’s 4 nm process and features eight cores, one Cortex-A510 core clocked at 3.05 GHz, two Cortex-A715 up to 2.85GHz, and four Cortex-A510 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz. It also has the ARM Immortalis-G715 GPU, a hardware-based ray tracing engine, and MediaTek HyperEngine 6.0 for extremely smooth gaming.
It supports up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM with a clock speed of up to 8533Mbps and UFS 4.0 storage for lightning-fast data transfer. The processor also supports with up to 5K resolution at 60Hz, 1440p at 144Hz, and 1080p at 240Hz.
The first smartphone chip to support Wi-Fi 7, which supports speeds of up to 6.5 Gbps. Also, it has Bluetooth 5.3 support. MediaTek Dimensity 9200 supports dual 5G SIM.
The Dimensity 9200 is an excellent processor, many smartphone manufacturers will use it in their upcoming flagship smartphones. The companies like OPPO, ASUS ROG, and Xiaomi confirmed that they would bring smartphones with the Dimensity 9200 very soon.
