Aadhaar number is a 12-digit random number issued by the UIDAI Authority. Aadhaar card number almost used everywhere for legal documentation as ID proof. UIDAI introduced new form of Aadhaar Card that is E-Aadhaar. Then one question comes in mind, How to Download E-Aadhaar?

How to Download E-Aadhaar for Free?

Step 1: Be ready with your Aadhaar Number or Enrollment Number

Keep your 12 digit Aadhaar Number handy.

Step 2: Visit UIDAI website

Log on to Official UIDAI website (https://uidai.gov.in/) and go to section “Aadhaar Online Services”. Select “Download Aadhaar” option, and enter the following details.

• Enrollment ID / Aadhaar Number / VID
• Captcha security code
• Next, you have entered One time password received on Aadhaar linked mobile number.
• E-Aadhaar PDF file will download into your mobile
• Finally, you have to open the PDF file and Enter your first 4 characters of your name and your birth year

For example, If the name is “SHAHRUKH KHAN” and Date of birth is “02/09/1965”, then you have enter “SHAH1965” for opening the E-Aadhaar PDF file.
